Flowery Girl

How nerd do i look with those glasses!! But no matter, if you're blind you're blind and you have to wear those. But thankfully some girl was so clever that she took off those glasses for the rest of the shooting.

That flowering apple tree in my boyfriend's backyard was just so incredible that i needed to take some pictures with it. Today it was a nice weather after a few rainy days, and thankfully those flowers still hadn't fallen off :)

And i saw the sunshine in your hair

I was chilling out with my boyfriend, until i noticed that there was such a beautiful sunshine outside. So i decided to take some pictures, again ! Or actually this time it was Tatu who took them, or at least he was the one pressing the button.

Tatu was playing my guitar, so i had an idea of taking a few photographs with it. If someone is wondering why i have a guitar the reason for that is NOT that i could play it. I tried to learn it when i was sth like 8 years old, but it was not my thing. So now Tatu is the only one playing it. 

Floral Dress

This asymmetrical maxi dress is from Nelly.com, and because it has a floral print on it i thought it would do well in pictures taken in our garden. Maybe i should try to do something for my hair and makeup before next shoots, i just usually just change my clothes and go outside. Maybe next time! :')

Quite different outfit 05/21

Haha, i'm just so excited about this new blog!<3 I wanted to take these pictures, so that you can see my new scarf which bought today when i was shopping with my friend Emppu. I also bought that tubetop, because i thought it would match with that scarf. Those are from Vero Moda, shorts are from H&M and shoes are from Converse.

Outfit 05/21

Today's outfit. I forgot that you can't see my shoes from the grass, but don't worry you can see them some other time. That dress is from Gina Tricot and the jacket is from Lindex. Oh, and the sunglasses which you can see from the upper picture are from H&M.

I also made some purchase today which i've been thinking about for a long time. I mean i've always had problems with going to the beach wearing my bikini, cause i never find anything light enough to wear with them. Now i bought this shirt from H&M, which will probably solve my problem. It's quite short so i'm not sure if i'm going to wear shorts with it or not, but we'll see when the bikini season really begins ;)

It's been a while since i took my latest self-potraits and i didn't even remember how fun it is ! But still i think that the most fun thing is that summer seems to be arrived and i can go outside barefooted<3 (With all due respect for my shoes of course!)

Hello, you random reader! I'm Mari, a 17-year-old student from eastern Finland, and my finnish readers may know me as a writer of "Shoppaajan Karkkipäivä"-blog. Now they may be wondering why i made a new one but i can tell you the reason for that: it just wasn't me anymore. Well, this time i'm writing in english, so that my friends from other countries will understand this too. But for some new people i could introduce myself a bit:

I'm currently studying in Savonlinna's senior high school of visual arts. I love drawing and painting, and i've been photographing for a really long time. After finishing this school i think i'm going to study Finnish language and literature, or maybe i could try to make my way to be a designer.

I also live in Savonlinna with my parents. I think this has been a great city to grow up, but i still think that i want to move somewhere else after finishing my senior high. I think i've just had enough of this small circles, if you know what i mean.....

I love fashion, and drawin clothes. Somehow i can make all of my schoolworks as a costume designing, no matter what the theme of that work was. And usually teachers are supporting me to do so (maybe cause that's the only thing i really can do....)

And photographing. Photographing, photographing and photographing again. It's just something i've been doing for so many years, and finally started to be pretty good at it. Such a shame that i haven't done that as much as i used to before i started my senior high school. Feels like i don't have so much time for that anymore :(

Even though i have quite much skills in many things people still find me as a horserider girl in my home city. I think it's caused by many headlines i've had in our local newspaper for the last few years. I think i'm quite good at it, but not really as good as the newspaper is trying to tell. But i'm trying to get better day by day, and hopefully i can race in some really big competitions someday with my lovely mare Geina.

Another big part of my life is my awesome boyfriend Tatu. We've been dating since i was 13, and i think that the best way to spend my sparetime is to have some qualitytime with him<3 I think we're just on a same level with everything (or maybe nothing) and even though we are so freaky persons our life is quite stable.

I think i'm a pretty good cook, or at least i like cooking. Sometimes the food i've made tastes horrible, but i think that at least i've tried! And next time it will taste better. Unfortunately Tatu is usually the one eating that food......

But after all i think i'm a honest person with a lot of attitude and a weird sense of humor. I'm a perfectionist, but i also find my ways to relax when i need to. Best ways to do so are great coffee, great food and a great company, i think<3
